Tyler Technologies Q2 Earnings Conference Call
“By investing in our Munis system and using its flexibility to develop new processes the City saved and earned an estimated $300,000 during 2008.”
“Before Eden we had the questions, not the ability to answer them.”
“In these challenging budget times, utilizing existing resources is something we’re asked to do as much as possible. The Eden Permits & Inspections modules’ ability for customization allows us to do just that.”
“Munis users have the opportunity to use their resources more efficiently by implementing and fully utilizing its integrated functionality.”
“The ASP solution has made it easy and allowed us to implement MUNIS without re-training or re-hiring IT staff.”
“Tyler’s Web modules increased our responsiveness with customers while increasing our productivity with the new processes we implemented.”
“My goal was to bring automation to our office as well as get on the same page with the Court Coordinator and District Attorney of the other counties in our district.”
“From speaking with different counties using different programs, I found Odyssey to be overall the most user-friendly.”
“By implementing TylerForms, the District will see an average cost savings of $10,000 within the first year of implementation…through a reduction in paper usage, postage, envelopes, time and labor expenditures and costs.”
“We don’t believe in having multiple systems to perform different functions. We believe in having one system that’s fully integrated that does the work of the court.”
“One of our goals is to continue to serve more customers online rather than in line.”
“Once something is docketed, it’s filed, and that’s what Odyssey does for us.”
“The Munis Employee Self Service module and its online open enrollment capabilities provide the latest in technology, efficiency and organizational proficiency."
