Tyler Accolades

Tyler has been recognized as one of the top 100 Most Trustworthy U.S. Companies according to a recent Forbes.com list. Based on a ranking compiled by Audit Integrity, an independent firm specializing in research on corporate governance best practices, the nomination identifies companies that “showed the highest degree of accounting transparency and fair dealing to stake-holders during 2006.” Tyler, which is a leading provider of public sector software solutions in the United States, ranked among the top 25 companies honored.

Tyler Technologies was ranked #79 in the 2005 Fortune FSB 100 listing of "America's 100 Fastest-Growing Small Public Companies.” The top 100 firms were screened based on annual revenue of less than $200 million and a stock price of more than $1.00, and companies were ranked on the past three years' earnings growth, revenue growth and stock performance.

Tyler Technologies was ranked #93 in Forbes 2004 listing of the "200 Best Small Companies" in America . Candidates must show consistent profitability during a five-year period and over the last 12 months. Candidates must also have sales in the $5 million to $750 million range, net profit margins greater than 5% and share prices above $5 as of October 1.
