That’s why our user-centric processes employ usability analysts certified by Human Factors International. Our analysts observe our clients using our products and obtain valuable information about how they are used in the field. This helps us design user-friendly screens that are intuitive and efficient.

Tyler’s methodology is straightforward. Our project managers earn Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a globally recognized organization dedicated to promoting the project management profession. We’ve taken the successful approach to implementation we’ve used for years and meshed it with the principles of PMI. The result is an implementation method tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. PMI’s PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) Guide proposes that there are five components to every project: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing. As part of Tyler’s commitment to incorporating the PMI principles into our implementation process, we have enhanced our already successful methodology to parallel these components.

We also employ consultants certified in Prosci's Change Management methodology. This is how we guide our clients through the changes that accompany implementation of a new software system and help to ensure a smooth transition. Our consultants are experienced in analyzing policies and procedures. They carefully review and test to ensure all policies and procedures are well defined and effective.

Support is a key component of client satisfaction. Tyler knows that satisfied clients—more than any other single factor—determine a company’s ongoing success. Many of our support technicians are in the process of gaining certifications from the Help Desk Institute. This prepares our staff to assess client business needs and to improve critical thinking skills to resolve incidents quickly and consistently. It also provides them with strategies for satisfying clients by using active listening skills and effective communication and to implement incident management processes effectively.
